HOW TO ORDER
House Original: Choose your favourite piece from the boutique (off the rail) in a set size. Alterations are possible to perfect the fit or personalise neckline etc.
Made to measure: Have your favourite piece made to your unique measurements, your preferred colour & greater personalisation range: such as altering a neckline, exposing upper-back or adding sleeve, etc.
Fully Bespoke: you will work 1 on 1 with our designer under the strict care of our bespoke service. This consists of a brand new design, possibly a combination of details from different styles in our collection. we can draw inspiration from a mood board if you have one, or simply describe your wishes to our designer who will take care of the rest!
No matter which service you choose, you'll be welcomed with the same care, guidance, and attention to detail. From your first appointment to your final fitting, we're here to make your bridal journey as special as the gown itself.
HOUSE ORIGINALS
- Our Couture Care team will guide you through the collection, helping you find the silhouette, fabric, and details that feel perfect for your special day.
- Once you've chosen your dream dress, we'll advise on sizing and any minor finishing requirements or available alterations.
- We'll arrange a follow up fitting further to any alterations to ensure everything looks and feels perfect.
MADE TO MEASURE
1. One of our Couture Care team will guide you through our designs in a relaxed consultation where you can try on gowns and gather inspiration for your own. We’ll take time to understand your perfect wedding in detail, your venue, your theme, and most importantly, understand what makes you feel your best for your special day.
2. Using 32 measurements we will mold your figure to our atelier mannequins to ensure perfect fit. Once deposit is secured, we book your fitting schedule, source materials, and reserve atelier time for you.
3. The first fitting ensures you love all the personalised details we have tailored for your gown.
6. Subsequent fittings fine tune the fit, ensuring everything feels comfortable and you feel flawless.
5. Your gown is presented for final review, triple checked by our atelier and couture care team, ready for your special day.
BESPOKE DESIGN
1. Your bespoke couture journey begins with a private consultation where, based on our initial questionnaire taken over the phone, we will curate a carefully selected range from our collections best suited to your preferences. Our culture is more personal than other stores, we place great emphasis on getting to know you, your wedding, personal style, and the feeling you want your gown to capture.
2. A 1-1 design session together with our designer Marty to create a design that is uniquely yours.
3. Using 32 measurements, we tailor our atelier mannequins to your figure to ensure an exceptional fit.
4. Toile custom service provides a uniquely personalised and flexible fitting to preview your gown as a prototype in calico, affording you extra time to confirm detailing. For example if any doubt as to your chosen colour we order in sample fabrics and pin them to your toile to help you decide.
5. Your gown is carefully crafted in our atelier, with typically two further fittings but an extra fitting can be provided on demand.
6. Your gown is presented for final review, triple checked by our atelier and couture care team, ready for your special day.
